The videos above are a 30 minute yoga session for dynamic yoga and yoga for beginners. After a warm up of sun salutations, dynamic yoga uses all the usual postures you expect to find in a regular yoga class.

 

Beginners yoga takes you through a gentle warm up with the focus on breathing, moving and relaxing. It helps you to connect your breath with your body increasing your awareness of how you move. 

These videos are the full hour versions.

 

The classic yoga classes are suitable for everyone beginners to experienced as every movement and posture can be adapted to each individual ability.  

The dynamic yoga class is what it says on the tin.. it is dynamic!! Although we do the same warm up of sun salutations every time (there is no better way to warm the body up) the postures and movements will vary per class.
