Shedfield Study centre can be found in an unique location at the back of St John the Baptist church in the middle of the pretty rural village of Shedfield. Join us for a relaxing hour of stretching, breathing and movement on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or if you prefer a more intense yoga class Friday's dynamic session is the one for you.
