ABOUT

Ineke has been teaching yoga in and around Shedfield for over 15 years. She decided to set up a website when Covid happened as she knew that during these difficult times of isolation, worry and stress yoga could provide the support that so many needed.

 

Yoga basic is all about going back to basic, using easy physical movement and breathing to help you deal with life's challenges from stress and anxiety to physical ailments.

She firmly believes that everyone has all the tools they need in life within themselves. Yoga just shows you how to access them again and how to use them in your day to day life.

Ineke is passionate about making yoga accessible to all people regardless of age, shape or size.

 

Throughout her life, yoga taught her how to move and breathe, how to relax, how to find a way to deal with worries and stress. Yoga showed her the joys of being fit and strong. Yoga taught her to self-reflect and to accept life as it is! Yoga showed her that the most important moment is the 'right here, right now'. 

Yoga basic provides high quality yoga practices and mindfulness suitable and accessible to everyone regardless of age, shape or size.

Yoga is life, life is yoga.
